Happiness Hack: Create a Gratitude Corner

If you’ve been keeping a journal, but are looking for ways to expand  your gratitude practice, consider taking a small space in your home and dedicating it to all the things you have to be thankful for. It could be a bookshelf, a small table or the corner of your kitchen. Use your designated spot it to display family photos, mementos from special trips, letter, objects from nature and anything else that brings you joy and reminds you of what matters most. Visit your corner for a daily gratitude ritual, prayer or meditation — or just whenever you need a lift in the middle of a stressful day.
